- REPLACEMENT
- REPLACEMENT PERIOD:
Customer can make a replacement request within 5 from the date of actual delivery. Replacement shall be only of defected or damaged product received by the customer. A tat of 5 days is given in order to provide an ease to our customer.
- Replaced Product:
As noted above replacement shall only be for damaged or defective product and subject to availability of the same on the website.
Replacement shall be only of the product listed on www.chetanabooks.com website
The said replacement will be free of cost.
- CANCELLATION:

Ø Customer can cancel the order only before the same are packed and processed for shipping.
- How to cancel an order:

Ø Please provide your order number and reasons for cancellation when contacting us.
- Cancellation Eligibility:
Ø Orders are eligible for cancellation if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Ø Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, customers may refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for options to return the order.
- Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
Ø If an order is cancelled within the specified cancellation period and has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Ø Refunds may take 10 business days to process and appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
