  1. SHIPPING METHODS:
  • Currently, we have our delivery channel located in India. Before purchasing we advise our customer to kindly check that we have channel supply in the said area.
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you would need to place multiple orders

 

  1. DELIVERY TIMES:
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as order processing time, shipping method selected, delivery location and such other factors.[

 

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days after shipping of order. However in extreme cases, the said timeline may get extended for 10-12 business days.

 

  1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days after payment verification, excluding weekends and holidays.


  1. SHIPPING COSTS:
  • Shipping costs vary depending on the selected shipping method, delivery location, and order value.

Order Value above Rs. 200/- (Rupees Hundred Only):

  • In case if any of the customer has an order value above Rs. 200, then we offer a free delivery to the said customer subject to making instant payment while booking the said order.
  • Further, for any order above 200 and where the payment method is COD, then a nominal amount of Rs. 30/- only shall be leviable against the said delivery.

 

Order Value Below Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Ninety Nine Only)

  • Any order value below Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) shall not qualify for COD option and therefore the payment must be made online further a nominal amount of Rs. 50/- shall be charges as delivery charges for all orders below Rs. 200.

 

  1. TRACKING INFORMATION:
  • In order to provide good and prompt delivery we will ensure that only good reputed courier agencies are on boarded.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on carrier's website i.e.


  1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
  • Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for information on returning or exchanging items.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Further, in case of any delivery which has not been delivered after 15 business days, then in such case we shall cancel the order and send a mail informing the same. Any amount paid against the said order shall be refunded. Further an option shall be available to our customers to buy any other product of the same value.

  • In the rare event that your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
