Chetana Education Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Chetana/We”) hereby want our customer with confidence knowing that our customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Refund shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. RETURN PERIOD:

• In order to return the product, the customer has to inform the same to Chetana by contacting via email, [email protected], within 3 business days after the receipt of the said order. It is expected that the return must have a valid reason.
• In the case that the customer does not show his intention to return the product within 3 business days after the receipt of the order, then no return request shall be further admitted/accepted.

2. ELIGIBILITY OF RETURN:

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.
• Product must be the one that has been delivered in last 3 days

3. RETURN SHIPPING:

• Returns shipping must be booked by the customer within 10 days from the date the product was received.

4. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:

The following Product cannot be returned:

• The supply of product made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The product was removed from its original packing and/or is without its original label.
• Product damaged, used or manhandled.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

5. REFUNDS:

• The customer shall be eligible to get a refund only if the above conditions are met with.
• The refund shall be subject to receiving of return items by Chetana which may take at least 30 days.
• On receipt of the product, a confirmation will be sent to the customer on the status of the same and refund will be initiated.
• The refund will be in the form of Store Credit in case of Cash on Delivery orders and an electronic refund if the customer has paid through his/her credit or debit card or any online banking channel.
• Product ordered, if not in stock and can’t be exchanged for a similar product, will be refunded.

6. RETURNING A PRODUCT:

All refunds will only be made after we receive the returned shipment at the address mentioned below. Refund shall be subject to return of the product within 10 days from the date of delivery to the customer. Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning. We cannot be held responsible for product damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery.

7. GIFTS

If the product is marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

8. AMENDMENT

• We reserves the right to update or modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
